  • How do I join the live webinars?

    Upon enrolling, you'll receive registration instructions. Please follow the steps in the registration email to receive daily invitations to join our Zoom webinars.

  • How long are the webinars?

    Each live webinar is about 2 to 3 hours long. We usually run two to three sessions daily from 9AM to 9PM. To get an up-to-date list of webinar schedules, please check our Facebook page or online coaching page.

  • How do I book a one-on-one appointment?

    You have to attend first your webinars for speaking and writing (both task 1 and task 2). Please follow the instructions from this page: www.nineronlinereview.com/pages/online-coaching. Make sure to have a copy of your ID (sent to you by email) all the time when having one-on-one tutorials.

  • How many minutes of coaching can I have?

    To enable more students to have coaching, you are allowed 20 minutes of coaching every day. This could be for either writing or speaking.

  • What if I accidentally delete my ID?

    You have to communicate with us by emailing [email protected]. We'll need to verify your account before you can proceed with the live webinars or coaching. To avoid inconvenience, save your email receipt.

  • Are there any hidden fees?

    There are no hidden fees. You get unlimited access to our course content, live webinars, and coaching for one year by paying a one-time fee.
